Dr. Manishi Raychaudhuri, the founder of Emmer Capital, has nearly three decades of experience as Asia-Pacific Head of Equity Research, Asian Equity Strategist and Analyst across various sectors at BNP Paribas, UBS and ICICI Securities.
Having worked in Mumbai and Hong Kong and having led highly ranked research teams across Asia, Manishi brings a unique cross-border and cross-sector perspective to investment strategy. For more than a decade Manishi ran a successful Asian Equity Model Portfolio that consistently outperformed the benchmark index. He has traveled across continents to make presentations to prominent institutional investors and corporate boards. Having supervised more than 40 pre-IPO deal research reports across Asian markets and sectors, Manishi is uniquely equipped with expertise to advise early-stage companies on fundraising.
A regular participant in discussions in the print and electronic media, Manishi is frequently interviewed by Bloomberg TV, CNBC, CNBC Arabia, Asharq Bloomberg, CNBC TV18, ET Now, NDTV Profit and several other channels. Manishi has a Fellow in Management (Ph.D.) degree in Operations Research and Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, India.
